  : extra facilities such as 4 lane bowling alley!! great fun! room spacious and comfortable looking out over the Nile. walkway under tunnel gives easy access to pool, bar and dining right next to the Nile - great at sunset. guest relations very helpful in organising us drivers for days we wanted to explore the sites around Aswan

  : Hotel is close to center view is beautiful but the rooms and furniture is worn out, minibar was empty and there was not even water in room. Personal is friendly helpfull and kind. Watch out the drivers they call for you talk price before take out. Bro took 250 egp for 5 minutes drive.

  : Spacious room with views of Nile river. I had comfortable bed and all amenities that I required for my stay. I had excellent reception staff. Excellent Housekeeping service.
  : F&B Room Service - specially food and beverages did not meet the expectation. Asking tips from guests for every small service offered by F&B staff. There were delays with Concierge. Concierge desk was unattended most of time.

  : I booked the hotel for my family so I wasnt personally there but they really enjoyed their stay! the apartment was spacious, had all the amenities, good breakfast and staff were professional and friendly and took my families comments and recommendations seriously and took care of it! the location was really great too and close to everything around!

  : Pretty much nothing. Only good part was that we did not stay much. We arrived late and left early to start our cruise.
  : The worst part was the food, especially the dinner Buffett. 30 euros per person, worst meal in Egypt, one of the worst meals I ever had in a restaurant. Most options Tasteless, cold, not freshly cooked.
